Finished at last

As I have been doing alot of stitching the last couple of weeks, (birthday gifts) well they are finished so here they are : My daughter's Tatty Teddy

My daughter was delighted with her birth sampler.

This is for my Friend :I'm not happy with how the pic turned out cos I stitched Ed the hedgehog on a yellow aida and the date's were done with multi-coloured thread, but happy with the finished project,

 I also stitched this for a card and as you see it turned out beautiful...

Birthday pressies

These are some of my Birthday pressies,I was giving money to get what I wanted myself, so here is what I got...
The book I ordered from amazon and was delivered Saturday, which was great!!!
pink wool from wool market and my friend got me the rest of wool, lemon/cream

I also got some bamboo circular needles, forgot to take photo.

Necklace from my friend and this beautiful card with removable dragonfly to hang in window, very unusual card.So I had a good birthday....

Happy Birthday!!!!

Well it's my Birthday to-day 11th, I was born on a Sunday,and I was thinking of that poem, you know the one!!! We all learned it when we were small kiddies, and it goes like this:

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

Well I'm bonny and blithe, good and gay, that sounds pretty good to me...

I'm also a Virgo and that means:
